Design & Construction

The design part of your project will be handled by a top team of draftspeople, engineers and surveyors. Jackson Dwellings will do all the rest. We’ll coordinate all the necessary approvals and permits and we can arrange insurance through Intelligent Insurance Services to get you covered within 48 hours of signing the building contract.

Our luxurious showroom is where you will do your most creative thinking. Touch and feel our range of materials and be confident in your selections. Our experienced team can assist with any questions you may have and source any materials outside of our inclusions that you may wish to use.

Inclusions & Online Selection Portal

At Jackson Dwellings we are proud to present our very own material inclusion packages which have been carefully compiled using only the highest quality trades and suppliers. Our packages offer an abundance of materials, fittings and fixtures perfect for your individual style and budget. Your first quotation will be based on one of the 2 Inclusion Packages. Our team will determine the best package for you based on discussions around your budget.

The Inception Level Package presents an array of materials that are the Jackson Dwellings standard of ‘entry level’ inclusions. It is extensive in choice and offers a modern and desirable range of products that are on trend and of high quality. Clients are sure to find a cost-effective option for any desired interior style. The Incline Package is a step up in design and style. This product range is suited to clients with a slightly more flexible budget. Choosing materials from the Incline Package will assist you in designing a home that is unique and luxurious. We are proud to offer our exclusive Online Selection Portal which will allow you to lock in your selections in the comfort of your own home. Simply login, select your materials of choice and submit! It’s that easy!

Visualisation Service

We understand that it can be difficult to visualise your selections coming together. Your choices are permanent, so you want to get it right. To eliminate this stress, our skilful team is trained to use 3D render software. 3D internal elevations are included in our design service and additional perspectives can be created at your request.
