Our showroom in New Gisborne is where most of your selections happen. Tiles, taps, joinery, finishes, all in one place. Our team can answer questions, source materials outside our standard inclusions, and help you make decisions you'll actually live with.

Selections can be hard to visualise on paper. We use 3D render software so you can see your choices come together before anything's locked in. Standard 3D internal elevations come with our design service. Additional perspectives are available on request.

Inclusion packages.
Most of your build cost comes down to what goes inside your home; tiles, taps, fixtures, and finishes. That's why we've put together two inclusion packages with our preferred suppliers, both built around quality and longevity. Your first quote will be based on one of the two, and we'll walk you through both before you decide.
Nexus.
Our standard inclusions package. A range of materials, fittings, and fixtures from our trusted suppliers, chosen for quality and good design. Most builds start here.
Zenith.
A step up in finishes. Same trusted suppliers, broader selection, more colour and model options. For builds where you want more from the surfaces, fixtures, and details.
