We don't disappear at handover. The supervisor who built your home is the one who walks you through it, and we're a phone call away if anything needs attention down the track.

What's the minimum I should expect to invest?

Our builds typically start around $750,000 and most clients invest somewhere between $1 million and $2 million all up. We can talk through ranges in much more detail on the call once we know more about your block, your block conditions, and what you’re trying to achieve.

Where do you build?

We build across the Macedon Ranges and surrounds. That includes Gisborne, Macedon, Mount Macedon, Riddells Creek, Romsey, Lancefield, Woodend, Kyneton, Sunbury, Daylesford, Trentham, Carlsruhe, Castlemaine, Bacchus Marsh, and through into Inner North West Melbourne. As a rule of thumb, anywhere within an hour of Gisborne.

How long does a custom build usually take?

From first conversation through to handover, most projects run 12 to 18 months. The build itself typically takes 9 to 12 months depending on size and complexity. We’ll give you a realistic timeline as part of feasibility, not just an optimistic one.

Do you take on renovations or extensions?

No. We build new custom homes from the ground up, including knockdown rebuilds where we demolish an existing home and replace it with a new one on the block you already own. We don’t take on renovations or extensions, that’s a different trade and there are specialists who do it well. If you’re not sure which path suits your block, book a call and we’ll talk it through honestly.

What happens after I book a call?

You’ll get a confirmation by email straight away. Cam will call you at the time you’ve booked. The call usually runs 15 to 25 minutes. If we’re a fit, the next step is usually a meeting in person at our studio or on your block. If we’re not the right builder for your project, we’ll tell you that on the call and where useful, point you toward someone who is.

Do I need to have plans before I contact you?

No. You can come to us with anything from a clear set of architect’s drawings to a rough idea on a napkin. We work alongside architects and designers, and we have a curated set of designs we can adapt if you’d prefer to start there. The earlier you talk to us, the more we can help shape what’s possible.
