Jackson Signature is an exclusive portfolio of pre-considered home designs, each created by our in-house Building Designer and Interior Designer - with every detail already considered, from the floor plan to the finishes.
Available for a single build only, once a design is chosen it's retired, never to be repeated. All that's left for you to do is make it yours.
How it works

Most custom homes start from a blank page. Jackson Signature starts with a complete, resolved design you can see in full before you commit.
Drawn in-house
Each design is created by our own building designer and interior designer, the same team that prices and builds it.
Built once
When a design is built, we retire it. Your home is not repeated down the road or across town.
Land or your block
Take a design as a house and land package where one is available, or build it on a block you already own.

A 340 square metre pavilion-style home designed for a private 2,649 square metre corner lot at Middleton Field, on the edge of Daylesford. Drawn by Jackson Dwellings to suit the lot, its orientation and the semi-rural outlook.

Discovery
Sit with the team and walk the lot. Talk through inclusions, options and any refinements to suit how you live.

Final design and V2 quote
Engineering, energy, soil and selections finalised. We return with your detailed fixed-price quotation.

Contract and permits
HIA contract signed, a 2% holding fee, then a 3% deposit on builders warranty insurance. Permits applied for.

Construction
Cameron and the JD team build your home, keeping you across every step along the way.

Can I build a Jackson Signature design on my own block?
Yes. Where a house and land package is not attached, a design can be built on a suitable block you already own. Get in touch and we will check it suits the site.
What does a house & land package include?
The featured price covers the land and the home with an allowance for on-site costs. Some site costs depend on the survey and soil reports, and selections beyond the standard range are quoted separately.
How long does the build take?
A home of this size is usually in the order of nine to twelve months on site once permits are in place. We give you an indicative program at the quote stage and keep you across it the whole way through.
What happens once a design is built?
We retire it. Each Jackson Signature design is offered once, so your home is not repeated.
Who do I talk to about the land?
Where a Jackson Signature design is offered as a house and land package, the land purchase is managed by the relevant real estate agent. We take care of everything else – the design, and the build.
Can the design be changed?
Whilst each Jackson Signature design is crafted with intention and we ask that its integrity be respected, designs can of course be tailored during the discovery process to suit your block and the way you live.
