How long until I hear back?
Within one business day. Kylie or Cam will respond to your enquiry. You'll hear back the same day if you reach out before lunchtime.
Do I need to have plans drawn up before I reach out?
No. A rough idea is fine. Most of our clients come to us before any plans exist. We have an in-house designer who can take you from sketch to permit-ready drawings.
Will my budget be enough?
Custom homes start from $750,000. The full estimator gives you a closer figure based on size, finish, and storeys. If your budget is below that range, we'll point you to a builder who can help.
Do you build outside the Macedon Ranges?
Most builds are within an hour of Gisborne. We work across the Ranges, north-west Melbourne, and as far south as Keilor and Ascot Vale.
