From first call to final keys.

Here's what happens from the moment you first contact us, through to your keys and beyond. Some stages move quickly, others take more time. We'll keep you across every step along the way.

  1. 01

    Initial Enquiry

    You get in touch by phone, form, or by booking a 15-minute call. We respond within one business day. We arrange a longer conversation, in our office or on site, to talk through what you're thinking, your block, and your budget.

  2. 02

    Engagement Agreement

    If you want to move forward, we agree on a Preliminary Service Package. This covers the work needed to get to a firm quote: design, engineering, soil testing, energy ratings, and anything else specific to your project. You can also bring your own architect.

  3. 03

    Design & Selections

    We work with you on the design and selections: kitchens, bathrooms, finishes, fixtures. You can start from one of our standard inclusion packages or specify everything custom. We document every selection so the final quote is for the home you actually want, not a generic version of it.

  4. 04

    Final Quote

    You receive a 50 to 60 page cost analysis covering every item in the build. Provisional sums and prime cost items are listed clearly, with what's included and what's not. We also flag optional upgrades and ways to bring the budget down if needed.

  5. 05

    Contract

    We use the standard HIA New Home Contract, written in plain English. No surprise clauses. We walk you through it before you sign anything.

  6. 06

    Permits & Insurance

    You finalise your bank approval. We sort out Builder's Warranty Insurance and lodge the building permit. This stage usually takes three to four weeks. Council timelines can vary.

  7. 07

    Construction

    Site clearing, slab, frame, lockup, fix, finishes. Cameron is on the build. The same supervisor stays on your project from slab to handover. You meet trades on site if you want to. We send weekly photo updates and we're on the phone whenever you need us.

  8. 08

    Final Inspection

    The build is nearly complete. We do a thorough internal inspection and walk through with you. Any defects, snags, or items not finished to standard get flagged and fixed before handover.

  9. 09

    Completion

    You receive your Occupancy Permit and final invoice. We do a final walkthrough together to check every detail. We book in your handover date.

  10. 10

    Handover & Beyond

    You get your keys, your maintenance manual, and the contact details for every trade who worked on the build. We don't disappear after handover. If something needs sorting in the first 12 months or beyond, you call us and we sort it.
