Wallaby 2.0

Our Wallaby 2.0 clients made contact with us whilst hunting for the perfect block of land. We put them in touch with our local real estate connections and they had secured their block by 5pm that evening. The design & drafting process kicked off immediately in order to meet bank deadlines. In just a few months, final construction drawings were complete, the tender was submitted, and contracts were signed.

These clients had done their research and came to us with an idea for a stunning ‘modern industrial’ home. The exterior vibe was created using a combination of dark colourbond cladding, recycled red bricks and a feature section of render at the front. Internally, the industrial theme was continued with black feature cabinetry and tiles paired perfectly with timber shelving and flooring.

Subtle yet standing confidently industrial, Wallaby 2.0 is an absolute showstopper.
