Hamptons Style is natural, elegant, considered and welcoming, inspired by the beautiful beach houses in the region of Long Island in the USA, known as The Hamptons. – Susie Anderson

From the moment the plans hit our desk, we were blown away by the Collis project. We instantly fell in love with the design by NAJ Architectural Drafting & Design and knew that we had the skillset to bring it to fruition

Collis is a standing definition of ‘Hamptons Style’. It boasts a split-level floorplan, high ceilings, soft stone cladding features, sage shaker-style cabinetry, large sky-light windows and timber vanities. The wet areas are among the show-stopping features of the home with a mixture of fan tiles, penny-rounds, Moroccan and herringbone tiling. Wainscoting has been used to create texture and depth around the freestanding baths and VJ panelling brings character to the high walls. Engineered Oak flooring, travertine tiles, plantation shutters and pendant lighting are just some of the additional elements of this stunning home.

We are proud to call this home a ‘Jackson Dwelling’. May its new owners create many years of love and happy memories!
