The clients of Grange Court had a goal to keep their floorplan to a necessary, usable size whilst focusing on high-quality materials, fittings and fixtures. Maximising the views of Mount Macedon was on the top of the priority list for this beautiful Hamptons style home.

The site cut for this project revealed unpredicted amounts of rock and clay. As part of our standard procedure, the clients were notified immediately and their permission was sought to continue. All efforts were made to keep any additional costs to a minimum and despite the hurdle, our clients remained calm, excited and grateful in the safe and capable hands of the Jackson Dwellings team.

In just 10 months, this beautiful home was ready to be handed over to its delighted owners. The team at Jackson Dwellings worked around the clock to have them in before Christmas. A perfect way to end 2020!
