Mistyviews

Mistyviews Barnhouse is a place where modern architecture comes to the countryside. The brief for this project was simple; maximise the views! This double barn, split level home encompasses the popular combination of recycled brick and dark vertical cladding. From inside, you can enjoy 360 degree views of the gully in the comfort of a modern interior carefully curated with black slimline cabinetry and tapware, handcrafted timber vanities, modern lighting selections, vj panelling, raked living room ceiling, recycled brick fireplace, engineered floors and more.

This project spent a lot of time in the planning and design phase which meant that the construction period itself was seamless. Our clients continually expressed pleasure with the ease of the building process, much of which can be attributed to the processes and systems within the Jackson Dwellings building team and the quality of trade professionals selected for the project.

Handover was carried out just 3 weeks before the pending arrival of the clients first baby, a miracle that bestowed upon them during the build. Needless to say, there were many tears of joy on the day of handing them the keys.
