Quality building requires expertise from the outset. We work closely with a reliable team of draftspeople, engineers and surveyors to design and draft your custom home. After that, we do the rest – below is an overview.
Getting Started
Our team will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours. You will receive detailed information about our processes and procedures and invited to attend our office for an Initial Client Meeting.
Preliminary Agreement
We present you with a Preliminary Service Package. You may simply require a quotation, or you may wish for us to assist with the design, engineering and other requirements to get your dream home started.
Once the package is tailored to suit your needs and the deposit is paid, we begin the design and/or quotation process.

Material Selection
Your first quotation will be based on one of the two JD Inclusion Packages. If you proceed to a final quotation, we will complete a comprehensive material schedule, detailing your custom materials and selections.
Final quote submission
We present you with a comprehensive 50-60 page cost analysis for your project, including PS & PC items, exclusions, optional upgrades and cost minimisation strategies.
Contract documentation
Once you have agreed to and signed our quote submission and material schedule, we present you with a plain English, HIA New Home Contract.
Building
Permit
Bank documentation and finances are finalised, Builders Warranty Insurance is obtained and a building permit application is made. This process can take 3-4 weeks.
Construction Begins
Construction begins. We schedule site visits and inspections. You’re able to meet face to face with tradespeople to discuss your preferences.
You are regularly informed about the progress of your build via weekly email updates, phone calls, social media and a photo sharing application.

Project Completion
When the project is completed, you are provided with occupancy certificates and a final invoice. We do a walk through with you to check every last detail. We also book your official handover date.
Handover
Say Cheese! The handover of the property takes place. You receive a maintenance manual and the keys to your beautiful new Jackson Dwelling.
