Bringing this Hamptons home to life for this adorable young family was an absolute pleasure. Featuring beautiful tones of grey and white in combination with natural timber grains, Melvins Rd demonstrated a perfect balance between traditional and modern. The choice of tapware, light fittings, cabinetry and weatherboards showcased a ‘French Provincial’ element whilst the modern square set cornice, subway splashbacks, hybrid flooring, door selections and appliances spoke of contemporary 2021 style.

Our Melvins Rd clients had done their research. They understood that building with a custom builder would result in high-quality workmanship, materials, attention to detail and an overall pleasant experience. The question remained, however as to whether or not a custom builder could work within their budget. Through gentle conversation, in-depth discussion and a thorough explanation of our processes, we were able to assist them to design a home that they loved and which was also within their financial reach.

Handover day could not come quick enough for these clients. They were overcome with excitement. Exactly two weeks after moving into their brand new home, a beautiful baby girl was welcomed to the family. Melvins Rd will no doubt be filled with a lifetime of love and happy memories.
